One workspace where agents do the work and you approve it.
Vicarol brings email, chat, tasks, docs, a CRM and calls into one place, with AI agents that own areas of work and hand you drafts to approve.
The workspace
Fewer tabs. One place for the work. Vicarol is being built in stages, so not all of this exists yet.
Email and chat
Your inbox and your team conversations side by side, so a customer email and the discussion about it stay together.
Tasks and docs
Turn a message into a task and a task into a written plan, without copying text between tools.
Customers and CRM
Every thread, call and deal for a company on one page, so nobody has to ask where something was said.
Calls and meetings
Calls and their notes live next to the people and tasks they relate to.
Agents that own work
Give an agent an area, such as follow-ups or the shared inbox, and it keeps that work moving.
An approval queue
Anything an agent wants to send or change waits for a person to say yes.
Agents
Agents that own work, not chat bots.
Each agent is responsible for one area. It reads what is happening in the workspace, then writes its output as drafts and proposals instead of acting on its own.
You decide how much freedom an agent gets, and you can change that at any time.
- Agents only see what you give them access to
- Every proposal shows what the agent read and why
- Sending an email or posting to a shared channel always needs a person to approve it
Approval queue
One queue for everything agents propose.
Replies, new tasks, CRM updates and meeting invites all land in one place. You approve, edit and then approve, or reject.
When you edit a draft, the agent can see what you changed and learn from it.
- Approve, edit or reject in a click
- See the agent's reasoning and sources
- Keep a record of what was approved and by whom
What comes next
A general workspace first. Specialised apps later.
Vicarol is for any team that runs on email and conversations. It is not an accounting tool.
On top of the same workspace we plan to add focused apps and features for particular industries, and accounting firms are first in line.
Questions, answered.
Straight answers about where things stand today.
Is Vicarol available today?
Not yet. We are building it now. Early access is handled by email while the first version takes shape, and we will tell you before anything is ready to use.
Will agents send emails on their own?
No. Anything that leaves your workspace, such as an email or a message in a shared channel, goes through the approval queue first.
What will it replace?
The idea is fewer separate tools for email, chat, tasks, docs, customer records and calls. How much it replaces depends on your team, so we are not promising a number.
Is it an accounting tool?
No. Vicarol is a general workspace for any business. Accounting firms are the first group we plan to build specialised features for, but you do not need to be one.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is not set yet. We will publish it here when it is.
