These terms apply to your use of vicarol.com (the "site"), operated by Zinye Technologies ("Zinye", "we", "us") in Ontario, Canada. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What this site is
Vicarol is a product in development. The site describes what we are building and lets you join an early access list. Joining the list does not create a customer account, and it does not guarantee access to the product, any particular feature, price or launch date. Product descriptions on the site are plans and may change.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- break the law or violate anyone's rights while using the site;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or its data;
- send spam, malware or automated bulk submissions through the early access form;
- disrupt or overload the site.
When you submit the early access form, please give accurate information. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, design, logos and other material on the site belong to Zinye Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share its pages by link. You may not copy or reuse our material for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep the information accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Zinye Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer protection rights that apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario, unless the law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms as Vicarol develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
